Stretches should be held between 10 and 30 seconds
Stretch only to the point of tension
Breath slowly and deeply during the stretch
Stretch should be slow and gentle
A.I.S. Stretch is a 2 seconds stretch
Bring the muscle back to resting position before repeating the stretch
Repeat the stretch 3 to 10 times
