Daily food is the foundation of our blood 

Learn about what you eat 

Eat according to your body type and according to who you are, and follow the guidance below: 

1/ Prefer natural whole food to processed food 
2/ Eat product according to the season 
3/ Avoid overeating (wait to feel hungry): eat to 80% capacity 
4/ Avoid eating too late (after 8 pm) 
5/ Drink water between meals 
6/ Eat in a relax atmosphere 
7/ Eat slowly, take time to appreciate your food 
8/ Avoid excess of fat, sugar or protein 
9/ Take some time to cook your meals 
10/ Research the food that is good for you 
11/ Be aware of what you put inside your body: vegetable food increase sensitivity and spiritual development 
12/ Be aware of food combination: eat fruits alone (morning only) proteine with veggy only starch with veggy only eat grains and seeds 
13/ Be aware of the acidity/ alkaline state of your body: drink lemon juice with warm water first thing in the morning and last thing at night. 
It will provide alkaline to your stomach enabling better digestion
